HOMEIT-500. The YubiKey and backup age key rows existed only to decrypt the base repo's secrets/unifi.yaml, which was removed along with the UniFi tooling and the SOPS setup (base #83). Docs only.

docs: drop the SOPS prerequisites from disaster recovery ... 5f44faa393

The operations repository no longer holds SOPS-encrypted secrets; the only one
(UniFi credentials) moved out with the UniFi tooling.
