    Upgrade notes

    • Migration 032 replaces task images with files (ADR 0030). Each image becomes a file on its task with the same id; a captioned image becomes a comment by its author, at its time, with the file on it; images of deleted tasks are dropped. Going back below 032 is refused once any file exists.
    • On its first start the server moves image bytes from artifacts/images/ to files/ in the data directory, and removes artifacts/images/. Back up files/ from now on.
    • MC_FILE_MAX_BYTES (default 25 MiB) replaces MC_IMAGE_MAX_BYTES, which is no longer read.
    • mission-control task image is gone: agents share with task comment --attach, conversation send --attach and file share, and save files with file get. An organization's edited copy of the built-in working in Mission Control skill that names task image needs updating by hand.
    • Slack still leaves files out, and now says to share them in Mission Control instead.
