    Upgrade notes

    • Migration 031 adds a timezone to organizations and a start date, deadline and priority to tasks. Existing organizations take the server's timezone, which in a container is usually UTC: owners should set theirs under Settings → General, since start dates are reached at the start of their day there.
    • A backlog task's start date moves it to todo once, on the scheduler's 30-second tick (the routine scheduler, now general). A role's task without a sponsor runs for its requester.
    • New routines default to the organization's timezone instead of the server's or the browser's.
    • My work is now your lists (Today, Upcoming, Anytime, Someday, Logbook, Triage), and the sidebar badge counts Today instead of reviews only.
