Summary

PR #18 moved "Following" into a header popover, put the no-runtime notice in an alert outside the conversation list, and replaced the "Run by" region with a header Transcript button (dialog). The conversation e2e and the conversation screens spec still used the old UI.

  • conversations.e2e.ts: open the Following popover before checking its text; read the notice from alert; open the run via Transcript and check "Needs a runtime" in the dialog.
  • app.screens.ts: same notice and Transcript changes.

Test-only change; no app code touched.

Evidence (agent pod, Chromium)

  • pnpm -F @ai/mc-web e2e: 20 passed, 1 skipped (forge, needs a real forge).
  • pnpm -F @ai/mc-web e2e:screens: 16 passed.

Pipeline status: not yet seen, checked after push.

Revert the commit; no runtime effect.
