Adds the standard pinned Renovate plugin and recommended Docker digest policy. Native Dockerfile/Compose extraction verified against the actual Renovate runtime; workflow schema validated. Activated Woodpecker and weekly Sunday03:45UTC cron. Deployment image policy remains in core.
