    Opt-in Markdown rich replies: per-role toggle (off by default), compact image cards, rich single/multi-select questions, durable offline answer queuing and restored selections. Source: feature/rich-replies at 4b665517b4. All 1,105 tests, workspace types, lint, dependency and formatting checks passed; web interactions and Android Hermes bundling exercised. Real-device acceptance is pending. This prerelease does not merge main or deploy production. Role configuration requires the matching prerelease server image, including default-off migration 045. The tag pipeline attaches the signed Android APK and checksum.

    Android notifications through UnifiedPush, with per-device and organization controls, conversation and Inbox eligibility, encrypted background wakeups, current unread reconciliation and bounded native presentation history.

    Source: d53cf5567d (reviewed product; Security review #94 (comment)). Source and signed RC build checks passed pipelines653/659.

    Deployment: this stable release updates the server and agent image digest pins through the existing GitOps path. Morten approved retaining the applied043/044 schema and proceeding at this source on2026-10-22. No further migration is introduced. The earlier unintended043/044 application remains recorded in HOMEIT-351. Rollback baseline0.54.1 supports these migrations; do not downgrade to0.54.0 or reverse schema history.

    Device runtime acceptance is pending. Signed bundled-JS arm64 APK and SHA-256 are attached by CI. Installation requires the separate device decision and two-device/two-distributor acceptance checks; no hardware acceptance is claimed by publishing this release.

    Android notification test candidate — v0.55.0-rc.1

    Source: d53cf5567d, merged reviewed PR94. Main653 and PR649 are fully green, including1,025 repository tests, native debug/release checks and image health smoke. Required Security reviews have no remaining blocking findings.

    This prerelease produces the signed arm64 Android APK, SHA-256 checksum and candidate server/agent images using the existing tag pipelines. It is not a production deployment or an installation instruction. Migrations043/044 were unintentionally applied during the separate0.54.1 recovery-tag incident; the task records that error. Morten must decide how to proceed before full product activation. Device installation remains separately gated. The stable v0.55.0 draft remains unpublished. Hardware Keystore/reboot/JobScheduler and bundled-JS runtime acceptance remain unverified until the supplied device checklist is executed.

    The deployment updater accepts only canonical stable tags and published non-prerelease releases, so this tag must report ineligible and must not change homelab/apps. Existing image :latest aliases will update; live production is now contained on0.54.1 digests after that incident. Endpoints, keys and decrypted payload logs must never be placed in release notes or task comments.

    Tasks now have readable organization references, such as HOME-142, in task lists,
    details, related task displays and CLI output. Search/open by reference and copy
    the reference from task details. Existing GUID links and CLI arguments keep working.

    Organization owners can edit the reference key in General settings. Initial keys
    come from the organization slug (home-it becomes HOMEIT); changing a key changes
    the displayed references, without retaining old-key aliases. The GUID remains
    the permanent task ID for links, integrations and stored relationships. Projects
    are separate context and do not affect numbering.

    This release runs database migration 039 on server startup: it backfills existing
    tasks in creation-time/GUID order, including deleted tasks, and adds atomic
    organization-wide allocation for new tasks. Numbers are never recycled. Deploy
    the server before updating CLI/native clients. The local app replica refreshes
    while retaining queued mutations.

    Source: f500a61d42, PR #75. This release excludes
    later notification changes on main. Publication automatically updates server
    and agent GitOps pins and restarts the single server.

    Native Android clipboard, keyboard and accessibility acceptance remains pending
    an actual device/emulator run (follow-up 079bc87b-c308-48bc-ae69-3b41315d4043).

    Fix missing final conversation replies when followed-task updates arrive during an answering turn. Completed replies are delivered before queued news starts the next prompt. Messages arriving during a turn get their own answers, and explicit sends still suppress duplicate automatic replies.

    Source: d0a71a8f9e (PR #74). This patch contains no database migration; the newer task-reference feature is excluded. Both source PR and push pipelines passed all 890 tests and image builds.
